Client work

Use your earlier work with a client

In a client conversation, answers use what you told AgentHub in your other conversations with that client. See what an answer used, and turn anything off.

Before you start

  • A client conversation: one started with a client’s name chosen under the box on Home, or a direct message to AgentHub in Slack about that client. General and Across your clients conversations are not remembered for a client.

Tell AgentHub what you know

Paste call notes or say what you learned in any of your conversations with a client. After the answer, AgentHub keeps a short list of facts from your own words: people and their roles, numbers, dates, decisions, open items and blockers. It never takes a fact from its own answer. In your next conversation with that client, ask for the work, for example “Make me a slide on where MFA stands”; the answer uses your notes and says where they came from, such as “from your notes, October 14”. You do not paste them again.

Home

Correct something

Say the change in any of your conversations with that client, for example “Actually, it’s 15 sites now.” AgentHub keeps 15 and remembers 12 as the earlier value. When two people gave different values and neither said it changed, the next answer gives both, says who said each and asks which is current. A plan or a “could” is not taken as a fact.

See what an answer used

Under an answer, open From your earlier work. Each item sits under the conversation it came from, with a link to it: what you said or decided, an open item, your message, a file at its version, or a request draft you have not created. A file from another conversation is changed there: the answer points to it and does not write a new one.

Turn something off

Choose Don’t use this again on any item, or Undo right after. To stop a whole conversation being used in your others, open More options in it and choose Don’t use in my other conversations, or use its switch under What can this conversation use? in any of your conversations with that client. Answers that start after that do not use it, nor anything that came from it, such as an answer that repeated it. An answer being written at that moment is not shown; ask again. A conversation still uses its own messages.

Verify it worked

  • In a new conversation with the client, ask about something from your notes and check that the answer gives it with the date of your notes.
  • Open From your earlier work under that answer and check that it lists the conversation you expected.
  • Turn one item off with Don’t use this again, ask again, and check that the new answer does not use it.

Common issues

The answer says memory is catching up.

More of your earlier notes were waiting than one answer could read, and the page shows Memory is catching up on N earlier notes under it. Remembered values are given “as of” their date because they may have changed. AgentHub keeps reading in the background; ask again in a few minutes.

An earlier conversation shows Not yet in memory.

AgentHub could not read some of its turns three times. Its messages are still sent with answers when they fit. Open What can this conversation use? and choose Try again beside it.

The answer asks me to confirm a value.

A later correction to it was turned off or deleted, so the older value is not treated as current again by itself. Say the current value and AgentHub keeps it.

An answer was not shown and says something it used was removed.

You turned off or deleted something that answer was given while it was being written, so it was not shown or saved, and no file or draft came from it. Ask again.

Does my team see this?

No. Memory is yours, per client: teammates and the workspace owner never see your facts, notes or conversations, and your notes never change a client record. When your note disagrees with a record, the answer says both and offers the usual way to update the record. Deleting a conversation, closing the workspace or deleting your account removes what was remembered from it.

What does it cost?

Keeping the fact list is a small AI step after each answer in a client conversation. It counts toward your workspace’s AI limits like any answer.
