Founding access terms
These terms apply to AgentHub workspaces and take effect when the workspace owner accepts them.
Terms of service
Effective July 31, 2026
1. What AgentHub is
AgentHub is a client workflow operations service for AI consultants and automation agencies. It keeps requests, ownership, approval, changes, verification, and client-facing updates attached to one operating record. It can import read-only context from connected systems and use AI to prepare drafts and recommendations.
AgentHub does not run or edit a connected client workflow. It does not independently authorize a change, certify that a workflow is safe, or replace a person’s review. It is not legal, financial, security, or compliance advice.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate account information and protect access to your account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for assigning appropriate workspace roles. You must be authorized to create records, upload evidence, connect client systems, select Slack channels, and process the client or third-party data involved.
3. Free access and subscription
A new workspace receives 30 days of free access beginning when the workspace is created. No credit card is required and AgentHub will not charge you automatically when that period ends. We ask founding users to complete a short feedback survey, but access does not depend on completing it.
After 30 days, the workspace becomes read-only unless the owner chooses the Founding plan at $99 per month. A paid subscription renews monthly until canceled. Price and payment terms are shown again before the owner authorizes payment.
4. Your data and AgentHub materials
You retain your rights in the records, messages, workflow information, and evidence you submit. You give AgentHub permission to host and process that data, including through the service providers named in our privacy notice, so we can provide and improve the service. AgentHub retains its rights in the application, models, prompts, methods, templates, and product design. Client briefs and other exported records are yours to use.
5. Connected services and Slack
A connection only has the access granted through its provider and the scopes you approve. For Slack monitoring, AgentHub processes new messages only in channels an authorized workspace member explicitly selects. A message can produce a draft in the Intake inbox, but it does not become a request until a person confirms it and it never counts as approval by itself.
Connected services are operated by third parties under their own terms. AgentHub is not responsible for a provider’s availability, changes, or data practices. You must remove access when you no longer have permission to use a connection.
6. AI-assisted output
AI output may be incomplete or wrong. Treat classifications, summaries, suggested actions, and other AI output as drafts requiring review. You remain responsible for decisions, approvals, implementations, verification, and anything shared with a client.
7. Acceptable use
Do not submit credentials or secrets, process data you have no right to use, bypass access controls, probe or overload the service, introduce malicious code, or use AgentHub records to misrepresent what was requested, approved, changed, or verified.
8. Beta status
This is a beta. Features may change, integrations may be interrupted, data imports may be incomplete, and availability is not guaranteed. Keep your own source-system records and do not rely on AgentHub as the only copy of critical client information. We may limit or suspend access to protect the service or address a breach of these terms.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentHub’s total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid AgentHub in the twelve months before the claim. During free access, that amount is zero. AgentHub is not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential losses, including losses caused by a connected provider, a workflow change, or reliance on AI-assisted output.
10. Ending access
You may stop using AgentHub and disconnect providers at any time. You may request account or workspace deletion under the privacy notice. We may suspend an account for misuse or discontinue the beta. When free access ends, the workspace becomes read-only rather than being deleted. Ending a connection stops new access but does not automatically delete records previously imported into AgentHub.
11. Changes and contact
Material changes will be presented before they take effect. Questions: info@agenthub.ai.
These terms cover free founding access and the current Founding plan. Materially different plans may require updated terms that will be presented before they take effect.
