Marketplace purchase terms
Applies when you accept these terms in an enabled marketplace checkout. Workspace subscriptions have separate terms.
These terms apply to purchases of workflow and AI skill packages through AgentHub AI LLC. The Standard client-use license governs your permitted use of the purchased package.
Your purchase is for the saved version identified on the offer and order. Review the listed contents, required tools, setup, limitations and included support before purchasing. Future updates and additional services are included only when the offer expressly states that they are.
Package descriptions and instructions are supplied by the consultant offering the package. AgentHub does not run the package for you or guarantee its accuracy, compatibility, results or safety. Automated screening has limits described in the risk notice below.
You are responsible for evaluating the package before use, obtaining permission to use any data and connected accounts, and complying with applicable third-party terms. Review destinations and permissions, and test with sample data in an isolated environment before using client data or live systems.
Downloads can be paused or removed for a security concern, dispute, refund or other access hold. If a package is unavailable or differs from its description, contact info@agenthub.ai with your order number. Refund requests require review; these terms do not promise an automatic refund or exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
A purchase does not include a client-workspace subscription or a separate installation or consulting engagement. Any separate service requires its own agreed scope and terms.
Package risk notice
AgentHub uses automated checks, but these can miss harmful instructions, code, or exposed data. A passing result is not a guarantee that a package is safe, works as described, or is suitable for your setup. Packages may send data to external services or act using permissions you grant. Perform your own checks, review destinations and permissions, and test it in an isolated environment before using it with client data or live systems.
Use in your business and client projects
Use and modify the skill, including handing over a configured client implementation. Reselling or sharing the standalone skill is not permitted.
Read the buyer license
The creator keeps ownership of the skill. A purchase gives one individual or business a non-exclusive license to use and modify the purchased version for its own work and client projects.
The buyer may provide a client with a configured implementation and the components needed to operate it for that client’s business. This does not allow distributing the standalone skill as a reusable product or template.
The buyer may not resell, sublicense, publish, or share the standalone skill, including modified versions, as a downloadable product, shared library, or marketplace listing.
Future versions and updates are included only when the listing explicitly says so. Support and setup assistance are limited to what the listing promises.
Third-party tools, accounts, subscriptions, and materials remain subject to their own terms. This license does not transfer rights the creator does not own or have permission to grant.
