Plan and access

Choose a plan and manage client capacity

This guide explains Free, Consultant, Agency, managed-client limits, and what happens to client records when a plan changes.

4 minWorkspace owners and administratorsReviewed August 14, 2026

Before you start

  • Know which client relationships need active work in AgentHub right now.

Review the current plan and capacity

Open Plan and access. Free manages one client, Consultant manages three for US$49 per month, and Agency manages ten for US$99 per month. Contact AgentHub for more than ten.

Every plan keeps unlimited changes and the complete request, owner, approval, change, verification, and client-brief lifecycle.

Open Plan and access

Upgrade when another client needs active work

Choose Consultant or Agency from the billing page. Stripe confirms the payment before AgentHub activates the paid plan.

If a paid plan is already active, use Manage billing for payment details, cancellation, or an available plan change.

Important: Checkout completion alone never grants access. AgentHub waits for verified payment confirmation.

Choose managed clients after a lower limit takes effect

If the workspace has more managed clients than the new limit, normal record writes stop and AgentHub shows Choose managed clients.

Select the clients that should remain active in AgentHub, then choose Save managed clients. Other clients become historical and read-only. Their records and published briefs remain available.

This selection changes AgentHub access only. It does not mark the client offboarded or change the real business relationship.

Choose managed clients

Return a historical client to active management

First free a slot by making another client historical or moving it to Offboarded. Then open the historical client settings and save an Onboarding, Active, or Paused status.

AgentHub checks capacity before making the record managed. It never removes another client automatically.

Verify it worked

  • The billing page shows the correct current plan, managed count, and limit.
  • A workspace that required selection becomes writable after the saved selection is within the limit.
  • Historical clients remain readable and their published briefs still open.

Common issues

AgentHub says the client limit is reached

Open Plan and access to upgrade, or choose which existing client becomes historical before managing another.

The workspace is read-only after cancellation

Choose which client remains managed on Free. AgentHub keeps every other client record as historical.

A historical client cannot receive a workflow or change

That is expected. Make the client managed first, within the current plan limit.

I need to manage more than ten clients

Use the contact option on Plan and access. Larger-workspace pricing is manual in this release.
