Before you start
- An AgentHub account and a service you can deliver. Public service listings are not open yet. You can write and save your offer privately now.
Describe your offer
Open Your services. Describe the result, intended client, deliverables, tools, requirements and how you scope and price work. Add your public name and consulting focus, then select Save private draft. The first version supports one service offer per consultant.
Review and publish deliberately
Not open yet. Review the public details under How it will look (on a phone, Preview the listing). When listing opens and the saved offer is complete, select List it. Edits do not change your public listing until you list it again. Unlist stops new enquiries and keeps existing requests.
Review a client enquiry
Not open yet. A visitor uses Find an expert to find your service, signs in, and submits a brief through Request a proposal. Open Library, then Service requests, to review it. Send a proposal with scope, deliverables, exclusions, timing, fees and service terms. The buyer can accept, request changes or withdraw.
Bring accepted work into your workspace
Not open yet. When the buyer accepts with workspace consent, choose the client and workflow and select Create client change. Client limits and workspace access still apply. The change starts as Requested; a new workflow starts as a draft. Review scope, perform the implementation and record checks through the normal client-work process. Service payment is arranged outside AgentHub.
Verify it worked
- Reopen your saved draft and confirm the details remain. If listed, open See the listing and compare it with your saved version.
- An enquiry retains the service listing seen when it was sent. Later listing edits do not rewrite that enquiry or an accepted proposal.
Common issues
I cannot find List it.
Public service listings are not open yet, so List it does not appear. Save your changes and keep preparing your private draft.
An accepted proposal cannot be copied into client work.
The buyer must explicitly allow workspace handoff. You also need workspace write access and an available managed-client slot. Acceptance does not itself create a client record or record payment.
