Ask the consultant for a proposal
On an available skill or purchase receipt, choose Request setup help. Add your name, business or project, requested result and tools. Do not include passwords, API keys or confidential client data. Confirm Send setup request. This sends the brief to that consultant in AgentHub, with no automatic email, booking or payment.
Offer help on your own skill
Open a prepared version under My skills. Under Offer installation or customization, enable requests, describe the help you offer and choose Save setup availability. This appears only on the published offer. Turning it off stops new requests; existing requests remain.
Review scope and price
Open Library, then Service requests. The consultant can send a proposal with scope, deliverables, exclusions, timing, fee, currency and separate service payment/cancellation terms, or decline. The buyer can accept that exact proposal, request changes or withdraw. If someone changes the record in another tab, reload and review before responding.
Keep service payment separate
Arrange service payment directly with the consultant outside AgentHub. Acceptance does not record or verify payment. The skill purchase, included product support, digital-skill refund rules and creator payout holds do not govern the service engagement.
Choose whether to hand off into client work
When accepting, the buyer can optionally allow the brief and agreed proposal into the consultant’s client workspace, including its authorized team. Without that consent, the request stays in Service requests. With consent, the consultant explicitly selects the client and workflow and chooses Create client change. Existing workspace limits apply. The change starts as Requested and still needs the normal approvals, implementation and verification records.
Verify it worked
- The request shows the latest proposal and status. Acceptance shows whether workspace handoff was allowed.
- A completed handoff offers Open client change to the consultant. Retrying a completed handoff opens the same record.
- No service charge, electronic signature, workflow execution or client email is generated.
Common issues
There is no setup action on a skill.
Setup help may not be enabled, the offer may be unavailable, or this consultant may not accept requests. Included product support remains as described in your purchase.
The request changed in another tab.
Your edits remain visible. Open the saved request in another tab and review the latest revision before responding. An older proposal cannot be accepted after it changes.
The client-work handoff cannot be created.
Confirm buyer consent, destination and available managed-client capacity. You can keep an accepted service request here without a client-workspace subscription. Do not copy it into client work without consent.
