Before you start
- You are the workspace owner. Only the owner can close a workspace.
Download what you want to keep
Open Settings, then Workspace name, and select Close workspace at the bottom. Under Download first, select Download workspace data for clients, contacts, workflows, requests with their approvals and recorded verification, client updates and incidents, and Download my conversations for your own assistant conversations.
Workflow checks and their evidence files, reports, links, email drafts and the contents of Word and Excel files are not in these downloads. Download any Word or Excel file you want to keep from its conversation first; its links stop working when the workspace closes.
Close it
Under Confirm it’s you, type the workspace name exactly, enter your password, and select Close workspace. To delete your account at the same time, tick Also delete my account when closing finishes. first.
Access ends at once for everyone in the workspace. AgentHub first confirms that billing has stopped and nothing can be charged, then removes Slack, Google and other connections, then deletes clients, requests, updates, files and conversations. This can’t be undone.
Follow the progress
The page shows each step and updates itself. It usually finishes within minutes, and it carries on if you leave the page. If you kept your account, sign in any time to see the latest status.
When it is done, the page says the workspace is closed. Your login still works, and you can start a new workspace. If you also deleted your account, the page says Your account is deleted.
Verify it worked
- The page shows the workspace as closed, and nobody can open it any more.
- If you deleted your account too, the page shows Your account is deleted, and signing in no longer works.
Common issues
There is no Close workspace button
Only the workspace owner sees it. Ask the owner to close the workspace, or ask them to remove you from the team if you only want to leave.
It says "Too many tries. Wait 15 minutes and try again."
Your password can be checked 5 times in 15 minutes. Wait, then try again. Nothing was closed.
It says your password cannot be checked here right now
Nothing was closed. Email info@agenthub.ai from the email address you used for AgentHub, and we’ll close it for you.
The page says it can’t show progress any more
Your sign-in ended before the page could confirm the end, which happens when your account is deleted too. Closing continues on our side. To ask about it, email info@agenthub.ai from the email address you used for AgentHub.
A note says Google access may remain
AgentHub couldn’t confirm that Google removed its access. Remove AgentHub in your Google Account under third-party connections, or email info@agenthub.ai and we’ll help.
